Casa Renata is a luxurious two-story Vacation Villa located on the beautiful island of Cozumel, Mexico. Renata's has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is a private retreat, walled, safe and secure. A perfect place where you come to hang out after you have enjoyed the beaches and the diving. We are located only a short five minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, yet close to the hotel pools, beaches and nightlife. It's a perfect place for a family vacation, just a few friends or a small group enjoying a holiday together. It can be rented as one or two bedroom accommodations or the whole house, whatever your needs may be.
One bedroom has two twin-size beds that can also be converted to a king-size, the other has two queen-size beds. They are airconditioned and have 52" ceiling fans. Both rooms have their own bathrooms with large walk-in showers. The two downstairs bedrooms are connected by a covered terrace, perfect for any weather. Upstairs is the owner's bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a spacious bath with tub and shower. Also upstairs is a loft with a daybed and another palapa-covered terrace.
Downstairs in the front of the house is the kitchen with all the amenities of home, a breakfast bar that seats 3. The spacious living/dining area has lots of seating capacity. In the back, just three steps off the terrace is a patio. One may hang out in a hammock, read or watch the wildlife in the tropical garden. There are hummingbirds, finches, tame turtles that come out to feed, lizards and iguanas. The backwall is in constant bloom with Bougainvilleas in all colors. Banana trees and coconut palms and many more tropical foliage to add to the beauty of the place.
